DAV Model United Nations, an initiative by DAV Pune, is a 2-Day online MUN conference organized by, and open to participation for DAV students from Standard 8th to 12th.
At DAV-MUN, students get a chance to experience the working of the United Nations and the Indian Bureaucracy where they experience the dynamics involved in national as well as international relations first hand by assuming the roles of leaders, policymakers, and delegates of countries in various committees. It provides a platform for students to come together to discuss and debate key international and national issues and draft innovative solutions for the same. Participants develop crucial skills throughout the conference, some of which include diplomacy, leadership, teamwork, public speaking, and negotiation.
